At Retro Kanjivaram, we deal exclusively in Pure Original Kanjivaram Silk Sarees. Due to the premium, handcrafted, and authentic nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy to maintain fairness, authenticity, and genuine purchases.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once sold, goods are not eligible for return.

This policy is implemented to protect the integrity of genuine silk products and prevent misuse.

 Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Retro Kanjivaram does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • No cash refund
  • No bank transfer refund
  • No wallet or store credit refund

This No Refund Policy is strictly followed to maintain genuine purchases and ensure transparency in transactions.

All sales are final.

Exchange Policy (Only in Rare & Exceptional Cases)

Exchange is provided only in rare and exceptional cases where the product received is clearly damaged, subject to strict verification.

  • Exchange is the only resolution in approved cases
  • No refund will be issued even if exchange is approved

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request an exchange, customers must provide a complete, clear, unedited 360-degree unboxing video.

The video must show:

  • Sealed outer package clearly
  • Full unboxing process without pause or cuts
  • Damage clearly visible on the saree

 Claims without an uncut unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Damage Reporting Timeline

  • Damage must be reported within 7 hours of parcel receipt
  • Claims reported after 7 hours will not be considered

 Claim Verification & Approval

  • All exchange requests undergo internal verification
  • Verification may take 3 to 7 working days
  • Exchange will be processed only after approval by our team

Retro Kanjivaram reserves the final right to approve or reject any claim.

 Exchange / Refund Not Applicable For:

  • Color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Transport-related damages
  • Damage to outer packaging
  • Claims without unboxing video
  • Late reporting beyond 7 hours
  • Minor irregularities inherent to handloom silk

Such characteristics are natural features of authentic Kanjivaram silk and not considered defects.

Quality Assurance

Every saree undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. We ensure secure packaging; therefore, the likelihood of receiving a damaged product is extremely low.
